What do I do if I lose my smartphone in the middle of a project?

If you lose your smartphone during a project and would like to use another device, please email and let us know. We'll reset your account so that you can download the OTS app again and log in with your original username and password.

Note:  You WON'T be able to log into the OTS app until we've reset your device.
