The best way to ensure that your answers upload successfully is to connect to a strong wifi signal on your smartphone and open the OTS app.
- Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the OTS app. If you need to update the app, do so now.
- Restart your device.
- Once the device turns back on, please open the app and go the Main Screen > click More > click Review My Answers. You should see the assignment in question on the screen if you completed it, but it didn't upload. Please open the assignment, scroll through it until you reach the end, and leave the OTS App open until it uploads.
If it's taking awhile to upload your responses, DON'T WORRY! Your answers will be saved on your smartphone until they're uploaded successfully.
