Sorry to hear that the Over the Shoulder app is giving you trouble!
- Try shutting down your smartphone completely, then restarting. It’s amazing how often that works!
- Make sure the system software on your device is up-to-date.
- If you’ve done all the above and you're still encountering issues, please contact our help desk and we’ll be glad to help you sort it out.
If you are using the app on an iPhone, you can also help us by sending diagnostic app information to our development team. To do this:
- Go to the main screen, then select the More button
- At the bottom of the More screen, you will see an option to Send app info. Tap this button.
- You will receive a pop-up asking if you'd like to send diagnostic information. You can do this by selecting Yes. This information will go straight to our development team and help us diagnose your exact issue.
